About the role:

As the Sales & Business Development Engineer, your primary goal is to drive the commercial development of NSI Mobile Water Solutions activities in the south of Poland and partial focus on selected countries in Central Europe. You’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing long-term partnerships, and maximizing brand awareness to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and engage potential customers in target regions, focusing on the southern area of Poland and selected Central European countries.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, emphasizing long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Europe Operations Team to establish competitive pricing and prepare comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Drive strategic sales initiatives and negotiate agreements to capitalize on business opportunities effectively.
  • Strategize and execute sales and development plans for the designated area, aligning efforts with guidance from the Division Manager.
  • Implement specialized business development tactics targeting priority clientele, including engineering firms, EPCs, and other key stakeholders.
  • Explore and evaluate new market avenues and growth opportunities while actively contributing to the company’s profitability objectives.
  • Performs other duties of similar nature and level as assigned.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with practical experience.
  • Technical expertise in water treatment processes and technologies.
  • 5-10 years of sales and business development experience in water treatment.
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages.
  • Familiarity with Google Application Suite or Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License for the region.

This position adheres to a hybrid working model, comprising remote work, ad-hoc on-site presence at the headquarters in Piastów, and occasional visits to the depot in Sosnowiec, Poland. Additionally, it involves frequent travel and industrial site visits within the region.
